We aspire to cater to your needs as closely as possible, however, due to various reasons you might wish to replace/return a product. We follow a "No Questions Asked Return Policy" for product-return. You may return the product at the time of taking delivery or within 2 days of taking the delivery, provided the product should be in an unopened and re-saleable condition. However, any damage or distortion, either wholly or partially, in the product or packaging will inhibit us from taking the product back.
Just call on +91-96509 44222 (also mentioned on the website) or mail to [email protected] and our delivery team will pick the product (to be returned) from your doorstep. You don’t need to go anywhere or courier anything.
If the payment was made in cash, then billed value of the product, as per invoice, will be refunded /adjusted (in invoice) in cash immediately at the time of product return. If the payment was made by (credit /debit) card, the refund amount will be credited to the respective card after the processing period, approximately 2-3 working days*, taken by the respective card companies/banks.
Apart from these, you also have a choice of taking a credit note of the same amount and use the same in your next purchase. The credit balance will reflect in "My Account" section, once you log in to your account on www.bluejinn.com.
Cancellation of order
You, as a customer, can cancel your order anytime till the invoice is processed at our end, beyond which it is your moral obligation to buy the products you ordered for. For cancellation of order within stipulated time, you have to call our customer care or send a mail to [email protected]. If the payment has already been made we will refund the same to you as per the process mentioned above for product return. Please refer the Terms and Conditions for more details.
